3 Ply Plywood is a type of engineered wood panel made by bonding three thin layers of wood veneer together with high-quality adhesive. Each layer is cross-laminated, meaning the grain direction is arranged at right angles, which significantly improves strength, stability, and resistance to warping.
Because of its balanced structure, 3 Ply Plywood offers excellent dimensional stability even under changing temperature and humidity conditions. It is lightweight yet strong, making it easy to handle, cut, and install during processing and construction work.
This 3 Ply Plywood(3-ply formwork panel)is widely applied in concrete formwork systems, including wall formwork, slab formwork and general construction shuttering.
Produced with waterproof WBP phenolic glue and premium spruce & pine timber veneers, it delivers outstanding load-bearing capacity and supports repeated reuse on building sites.
Our panels are available in standard thicknesses of 21mm and 27mm, covered with durable yellow phenolic film. Custom dimensions are also acceptable to meet diverse project demands.
