PQ Veneer (short for Plywood Quality Veneer) is a type of natural thin wood sheet specially designed for plywood production. It is a widely used veneer material in furniture, decorative panels and door manufacturing, featuring a good balance of cost-effectiveness and natural wood grain texture.

Essence It is an ultra-thin slice cut from natural logs (usually 0.15–0.35mm, commonly 0.25mm; generally less than 1mm) with moisture content controlled within 8%–12% (standard range: 8%–15%). Produced by rotary cutting (the most common method) or slicing, it is applied to the surface of base materials such as plywood, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and particleboard.
